O.D.T — Experiential Learning
The field of experiential learning developed from the recognition that learning is internalized over time when it is acquired via a combination of cognitive and experiential processes. In outdoor training we usually work in nature, which provides a relaxed and empowering atmosphere. At Ksharim we allow individual and group behavioral patterns to be fully expressed; observation aligned with professional guidance produces meaningful personal learning.
