Ksharim was established by Izhar Arad in 2005. Our professional team consists of people from a variety of fields, including behavioral sciences, business management, outdoor-training group facilitators and field experts.
Avi Meiri (‘Magi')
Guide, Facilitator & Instructor
A field expert for over 20 years, a tour guide, a facilitator in Playback Theater and community social development — and above all, a funny and talented man.
Shimon Bachar
Guide, Facilitator & Instructor
A tour guide who leads expeditions in Israel and abroad. A graduate of the Land of Israel Studies and Ecology department at Beit Berl College, and a highly experienced health and fitness coach.
Hadar Keren Zvi
Facilitator & Instructor
Holder of an honors degree in Psychology and Human Resources from the University of Haifa. A graduate of multiple teaching and group‑facilitation programs specializing in multicultural groups, with years of experience in education and leadership programs. A facilitator and developer of experiential learning in organizations, social and educational systems.
In addition to our core facilitators we collaborate with a network of experienced freelancers, allowing us to tailor activities to a wide variety of audiences and deliver workshops in multiple languages.
