YOT Sailing Workshop

The YOT sailing workshop is a unique outdoor‑training workshop on management skills and teamwork, during which participants sail a yacht while performing tasks at sea. The workshop is designed for middle and senior executives.

Why at sea? The already‑considerable benefits of outdoor training are amplified aboard a yacht: a unique working environment, barrier removal, and exceptional learning alongside pure enjoyment. The workshop focuses the group on teamwork, leadership, interpersonal communication, coping with pressure, decision‑making and resource management.
