Learning is an experience
The focus of this activity is to build a business initiative through the establishment of a restaurant.
The participants are divided into teams which each receive a table with a number of food products; a variety of meat, fruit, vegetables, pastas, spices etc.
The team is comprised of ‘a group of experts’ who will be opening and operating this restaurant. Each team is required to determine the nature of the restaurant, its specialty, their decisions regarding the work approach and, of course, to prepare the dishes to be served.
At the end of the workshop the participants are invited to eat the food they have prepared.
The workshop is accompanied by a professional chef and is tasty and gratifying.
